RETURN POLICY

Return Policy for Business Clients

We appreciate your trust in our high-quality workwear. To ensure a transparent and professional collaboration, we have established the following return policy:

1. Conditions for Returns: – Returns are only possible within 14 working days after receipt of the order. – Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, undamaged packaging. – Products that are custom-made or printed with logos cannot be returned.

2. Return Procedure: Before initiating a return, you must submit a return request via the contact form on our website. Select “Return Request” as the subject of your message and provide the order number, reason for return, and any additional information.

3. Processing: – After approval of your return request, you will receive further instructions. – Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. – Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

4. Credit: – After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a credit note if applicable. – Credit will be issued within 60 days after acceptance of the return.

Important Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
